We have 3 Sprinter vans that we have purchased thru this dealer and have tried using their service department. Our experience with this dealer was absolutely TERRIBLE.

Their service is horrible, they never have the parts, always have "internal miscommunication", never get the jobs finished, always have to come back, etc., etc. And they do not care about their customers after sale. Poor service, poor response, poor communication, poorly trained technicians who could not properly order the necessary parts.

At the end, I would NEVER EVER EVER go back not for sales or service to this location. Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR, purchase and have your vehicles serviced elsewhere !!!
